In the Timeline Report area of the Planned Maintenance section, you can select the button labelled Generate Reports to create a Gantt chart which shows the current schedule status, future planned schedules and Resource / Site / Asset information:
The report can be created to show month or week using Show By at the top of the page. You can specify the date you would like the report to start from using Start Date:
The drop-down option labelled Report Content gives the option to have the report display Due and Completed Date or Days overdue:
The created report can also be exported as an Excel sheet, as shown below:
